The amarcord Music & Nature Foundation was founded in Leipzig on the initiative of amarcord and has set itself the goal of combining nature conservation with the promotion of music.
Once a substantial base fund has been established, into which all endowments initially flow, the donations and interest from the foundation's assets are used each year to finance nature conservation and music promotion projects of a similar scale.
